Website use

This website provides information about 407MOTION experiences and allows visitors to send enquiries, event requests and guest RSVP information. You agree to provide accurate information and use the site only for lawful purposes.

Enquiries are not reservations

Submitting an event request does not reserve equipment, staff or an event date. A booking is confirmed only after 407MOTION confirms availability, final scope and pricing, and receives the required booking payment.

Pricing and availability

Published package prices are starting information and may vary based on event location, venue access, setup requirements, customised content, timing and other event needs. Final pricing and availability are confirmed before booking.

Event services

Specific delivery, setup, operating times, travel, content deadlines, payments, cancellations and date-change terms will be provided with the confirmed booking agreement. Contact us for details before booking.

Content supplied by clients

You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use any photos, videos, graphics, names, music, branding or other content you provide to 407MOTION.

RSVP and seating tools

Event codes and guest tools are provided for invited participants. Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of guest and seating information. Guests must not attempt to access another event or misuse guest information.

Venue food-service tools

When enabled for an event, the food-service screens help approved servers submit table orders and help kitchen staff mark orders ready or delivered. The tool does not accept payments, guarantee ingredient availability or replace the venue’s food-safety and allergy procedures. Event staff remain responsible for confirming dietary and allergy information directly with guests.
